It was the cheapest I could find. Staff is friendly and nice.
Roses is a touristic destination and prices are clearly high. This hotel is cheap (58 with breakfast). The room where we slept was very old and the floor was not very clean. No complains about the blankets. The bed was small (a full bed...1.40m) so that it was uncomfortable for two persons. A part from this, if you do not mind having a poor room, the hotel is cheap and can be a good deal in there.

We had a very nice time there and I think people who have complaints about it really have to upgrade the star rating of their choices. We all thought it was nice and very good value for a two star hotel. The buffet meals were excellent value and had something to please everyone from those with meagre appetites to the greediest people on the planet. Best wishes. Dave

Good hotel, pleasant staff . Guests mostly French or Spanish. English is spoken by staff but you may have to be patient.Currently rooms are being updated. Resort very good.
Fantastic views from the Hotel but one hell of a walk through the streets leading to "hair pin" bends near the top.Very steep hills to walk up from town(20 mins) . Not for the unfit or family without a car.

Both times we have stayed here we have had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the bay and the swimming pool. This time it was out of season so the evening meal was table d'hote and not the usual buffet but was still very good, as was the breakfast. We shall definitely go back.

the staff were very polite and welcoming. Everything was good. Got the same twin room with a balcony booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that.

The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. You still have to be pretty fit to get to it.
Built on the side of a mountain at the back of Roses this hotel was possibly very good in the 60's or 70's as it does have a restaurant, lift, discotheque 1 night per week, a bar and a very large pool. However, by todays standards this would rate as a 2 star hotel at best. The rooms smell of damp (stench of oldness), the beds are singles and old, the lift door is dangerous for kids plus you have dozens of steps to get to the bar and even more to the pool (the lift doesn't go down that far). The restaurant is really only to be used in case of starvation.

Nice hotel at a great location with a fabulous view over the Town and Marina of Roses. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. You can have lunch and dinner for only 7 euro. Great large pool.
If we have find someting they didn´t have enough deck-chairs by the pool.
